Picszon is well aware of the experience factors of its customers. We have a fixed set of customer refund policies to ensure a persistent purchase or collaboration. The policies indeed ensure trust and safe purchase.

For any unwanted circumstances, we offer easy refund policies. In this case, we have set some conditions and restrictions. Eventually, we offered further support for some issues after delivering the order.

However, our company lets you claim a 60-day money-back guarantee if you are facing particular trouble with your order. The following rules must be violated to claim the money-back guarantee.

  • If you have made an advance payment but want to cancel the order later on. But you have to cancel it before giving us instructions or making confirmation. We will refund you only if we won’t start working on the project.
  • Customer satisfaction is the goal of our service. So, our aim is to ensure the customer is happy with our work. By any chance the customer is not satisfied with the delivered order, we start re-editing them to reach the customer’s satisfaction level. But if our efforts dissatisfy the clients each time, we will refund the money. In this case, the clients have to showcase the issue clearly.
  • Our clients can also claim a refund if the agreement between us is violated by any means. But we are not bound to refund it for all cases. There should be an authentic reason for loss or any harmful action for which they can ask for a refund. But we are well aware of all the agreements and rules. So, there is no way we will violate them purposefully.
  • Picszon ensures the best quality images to the clients. And we know that most of the clients are taking our service for commercial purposes. And the image quality is essential when it is used for advertising purposes. In this case, we ensure the best quality. But in any case, if the quality of the images decreases by more than 70%, we must be responsible for the issue. And we will refund the project for the same issue.
  • If you make an advanced payment and we refuse to work on the project, we will definitely refund it. We only refuse to work when the content of the project violates the company rules.

So, these are the main reasons you can ask for a refund. But for every issue, you have to give us a proper and reasonable explanation of why you should get the refund.

Refund Payment Policy

We offer different payment portals for the convenience of our clients. And when we have to refund the client for an issue, we try to use the portal for the refund that he/she used for payment. Here, we prefer using PayPal to make the refund.

If there is any refund issue, we will try to solve it within seven to sixty days. After this period you can make a complaint if you don’t receive the refund.

Refund Policies Aren’t Applicable for Particular Cases

We don’t agree to make a refund for a few cases. Check them out before you make an order.

  • When you don’t like the delivered order, and you didn’t give us enough guidance or acknowledge us about your requirements.
  • When a customer declines the deed right before the delivery date.
  • When a customer asks for a refund for a project that doesn’t violate the rule or lacks quality and requirements.
  • If you ask for a refund still, the delivered order will fulfill all your requirements; we don’t refund.
  • We won’t make a refund if you ask for additional work after delivering the order.
  • We won’t refund if a customer asks us to cancel the order after you start working on it.

So, we offer the best refund policy only if it is reasonable and it’s only our fault. But we are disclosing the facts for the case only. Our company is working with honor and gained almost a hundred percent of customer satisfaction. Eventually, we don’t have many records for refund. So, you can work with us without having a trust issue.
